.The Role:
We're seeking a versatile and experienced
Multi Trader
who can carry out a range of trades to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be confident working on both void and occupied properties and must be reliable, punctual, and take pride in their work.Duties could include (but are not limited to):
Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix) Basic plumbing Tiling Plastering/patch repairs Painting & decorating General repairs and maintenance
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Multi Trader in the construction or property maintenance sectors
? A wide skill set covering multiple trades
? Good understanding of health & safety practices
? Full UK driving licence (preferred)
? Own tools (preferred)
? CSCS card (preferred)
