Key Responsibilities
Support the Home Manager in the daily operational management of the care home.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC and internal standards.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the nursing and care teams to maintain excellence in all aspects of care.
Oversee and manage safeguarding procedures, ensuring compliance and appropriate actions.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
Conduct audits, maintain accurate records, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (NMC Pin Required)

Proven experience as a
Deputy Manager
or in a senior nursing leadership role.
Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC compliance, and person-centred care.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead by example and foster a positive, supportive working environment.
