Job Description
Due to the recent intake of children we are looking for a nursery nurse to come and join our busy team.
Nursery Nurse Level 2 or above job opportunity
Our Nursery Nurse's work as a member of a Nursery team, showing initiative and creativity to foster an environment which encourages the children's all round development and where high standards of care are provided.
Responsibilities:
Full Time 4 days/5 days Be a reliable member of a team,working co-operatively and with flexibility. Develop excellent communications with parents/carers,encouraging them to participate in their child's progress and development. Supervise children at play (indoor and outdoor)and at mealtimes. Assist with the creation of a stimulating and attractive room environment. Attend parent meetings, be involed in fundraising events and assist with promotion of the nursery as required. To work closely with Senior Nursery Nurses on a daily basis. To help provide an environment where children value and repect different cultures,religion,language and disability and ensure that toys and games reflect this within the setting. Be a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families.
