Summary

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Baytree Park Private Day Nursery in Middleton Junction. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering the development and well-being of young children, contributing to our mission of providing the best in childcare.

Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental needs. Foster a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's growth. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to families. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery setting. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support the overall mission of Baytree Park Private Day Nursery.

Qualifications

A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Passion for early childhood education and child development.
