Your role:

Deliver exceptional care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Support children's all-round development with a personalised approach, encouraging independence and confidence through play. Collaborate closely with parents and carers as partners in their child's learning journey, ensuring excellent communication and feedback. Participate in settling sessions that make transitions smooth and stress-free for children and families. Engage with and contribute to interactive workshops and family events that strengthen the community feel.
