Current vacancies include:



Mental Health In-patient Services - Based on Ruby Ward, a female acute mental health ward at the Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury, supported by a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist.



Amersham Community Mental Health Team - Providing exceptional care and treatment to adults facing mental health challenges in the community.



Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) - Delivering intensive, patient-centred care at home as an alternative to hospital admission. This role includes inpatient liaison with our partner crisis teams. Whilst initially the role will be supporting the South Bucks team in High Wycombe in time the role will shift to working from The Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury.

Conduct initial screening and assessment of all service users, providing intensive short-term treatment as needed.



Manage a caseload of clients with complex Occupational Therapy needs, using evidence-based, client-centred principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.



Assess and prescribe appropriate equipment and aids to ensure patient safety and independence with advising staff, families, and carers as required.



Monitor and evaluate treatment plans, collaborating with other teams within the Trust and third sector organisations when appropriate.



Supervise and develop junior team members, including appraisal, caseload management, reviewing interventions, and delegating responsibilities
