A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Parts and Clothing Pro to join our already highly successful team at BMW Motorrad Welwyn Garden City and become a member of the renowned LIND family.


This role is at the core of our customer experience and successful operation of the workshop. Working in a dedicated and lively environment, your focus will be on the customer journey, sourcing and providing parts for customers and the workshop to carry out services to motorbikes. Your role will be a vital part of the BWM Motorrad Welwyn story!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager Achieving sales targets by selling parts, accessories & clothing via the retail counter and workshop Online shop management Liaising with all departments Stock control, including regular stock checks Stock ordering Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry to sale Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers Social media promotions

The successful candidate will have:

A can-do attitude Be a team player Excellent attention to detail Great computer skills Ability to utilise multiple systems Possess a methodical approach Be approachable and honest Excellent communication skills A passion for motorcycles

Desirable:

Experience with using automotive systems such as Kerridge/Drive A full motorcycle licence is desirable but not essential Knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories and clothing would be an advantage but not essential
