NeuroHealth Case Management Services is a successful and established organisation that provides case management for adults and children who have sustained life changing injuries including brain injury, spinal cord injury and amputation, within London, Home Counties and The South of England. Hours:

Part time - 3 days per week / 22.5 hours. Specific working days and times to be agreed, with some flexibility to accommodate business needs and the successful candidate's availability. Remote working is available, with attendance at the office required one day per week for key meetings or activities.

Location:

Primarily remote working, with attendance at the company office in Clapham, South London, required one day per week for key meetings or activities. Occasional travel within London and the surrounding areas may be necessary as and when required.

Salary:

Employed50,000 -55,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)

Responsibilities



Lead and promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values. Act as the primary point of contact for staff related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Oversee all aspects of compliance, including policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement and regularly update policies and procedures to align with company objectives, legal requirements and best practice. Ensure policies and procedures are clearly communicated to people through training programmes, resources and internal/external communications. Develop and deliver training programmes and presentations on important HR topics, relevant legislation and initiatives. Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR, culture, and compliance matters. Manage staff relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes. Manage staff absence, annual leave and performance monitoring. Support payroll processes in collaboration with Finance, Senior Management and external providers. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Managing staff contracts and renewals, probation periods, supervisions and appraisals. Managing HR systems to ensure accurate data entry and record keeping, in line with GDPR and company policy, using data insights to drive improvements and aid decision making. Monitor and report on compliance with employment law and internal policies. Coordinate and support wellbeing and engagement initiatives. Prepare reports and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to service development and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's degree; CIPD Level 5 or above; or other HR/compliance certifications.

Experience:

5+ years in HR involving senior management/leadership, compliance, or a related field (healthcare preferrable); experience in regulated environments; understanding of employment law and best practice; experience in complex or multi-site organisations (healthcare preferrable)

Skills:

Leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and ability to work with confidential information.
