Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing high-quality pizzas, including dough preparation, sauce preparation and topping assembly. A strong understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and efficient service is essential.
Duties
Prepare and cook high-quality pizza according to the restaurant's menu and standards. Prepare fresh pizza dough and sauces. Assemble pizzas with accuracy, ensuring proper distribution of all toppings and sauces. Operate pizza ovens, ensuring pizzas are cooked to perfection. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and best practices. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
Qualifications
You must have proven experience as a Pizza Chef. Skilled in dough handling, creating pizza bases and pizza oven operation. Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality food. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent organisational skills and communication skills.
