Job Description

We're looking for an experienced

plumber

to join our team and learn the installation of

Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR)

systems.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a solid plumbing background who wants to expand their skills into the fast-growing area of ventilation and energy-efficient building systems. Full training on MVHR installation will be provided.

Working across a variety of residential (90%) and commercial projects (10%).

What You'll Do

Install MVHR systems on residential and commercial sites. Work with other trades to ensure smooth, high-quality installations. Liaise with clients and site teams, providing clear communication and support. Coordinate with our design and engineering teams to deliver accurate and efficient installs. Carry out testing and commissioning to ensure systems are fully operational. Maintain safe working practices and adhere to company quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Strong background in plumbing or heating. Experience working on-site in domestic or commercial environments. Interest in learning MVHR and ventilation systems (full training provided). Reliable, organised, and able to work well as part of a team. Full UK driving licence required.
