Plumber / Installer

to complement and assist our existing team.

Role Overview:

Based in Livingston, Scotland this role reports to the Senior Contracts Manager. You will be required to carry out plumbing duties within a commercial environment and assisting gas safe engineers during installations of commercial catering equipment.

Main duties will include:

Carry out Plumbing connections to sinks, grease traps, steam ovens, dishwashers during the installation of Commercial and Retail Kitchens. Assemble and install pipe runs, using suitable fittings and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems when faults or snags are reported. Perform brazing / welding if necessary for pipe repairs or installations Assist with offloading delivery vehicles and delivering kitchen equipment into project sites. Any other duties commensurate within this position and skill set required.

Skills & Experience Required:

In order to be considered for this role you must:

5 years plumbing experience preferred but, if a good level of experience and ability can be shown, all applicants will be considered.... Be able to manage your own time and follow instruction from the Contract Management team that are in position to support you. Have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
Depending on the needs of the business the successful candidate may have the support to obtain further industry relevant qualifications dependant on the career route preferred
