Role Purpose

The Plumbing & HVAC Technician will play a key role in delivering exceptional installation and maintenance services to our clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, installing new systems, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Carry out fault diagnosis, repairs, and performance testing Install and maintain unvented hot water systems and water storage solutions Conduct safety checks, system flushes, and preventative maintenance visits Work from technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate installations Ensure all work is completed to industry standards, adhering to WRAS, G3, and F-Gas regulations Maintain accurate records via the company's job management system (CRM) Provide excellent customer service, offering professional advice and clear communication Promote company values, uphold brand standards, and maintain a safe and tidy work environment
Essential Skills & Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) Proven experience in domestic and/or light commercial plumbing and HVAC systems WRAS and Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification Strong understanding of building services, H&S regulations, and compliance requirements Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently Excellent fault-finding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Qualifications

Gas Safe Registration (CCN1 + Appliances) F-Gas Category 1 Certification Experience with renewable systems (Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Thermal) CSCS Skilled Worker Card Basic electrical knowledge (Part P or equivalent)
