Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive surveys and assessments of commercial properties to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards. Provide expert advice on property management and development strategies to optimize asset value. Collaborate with stakeholders, including property owners, developers, and local authorities, to facilitate property transactions and negotiations. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on property conditions, market trends, and investment opportunities. Manage and oversee property maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure efficient operations. Lead and mentor junior surveyors, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. Stay updated with industry trends, legislation changes, and best practices in commercial property surveying.
Person Specification

Proven experience in commercial property surveying, with a strong track record in managing complex projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Proficient in using property management software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Relevant professional qualifications or memberships in property surveying or a related field. Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
