Role Introduction:

An exciting opportunity to join the team as a Product Manager, shaping the future product vision and strategy for our Legal Portfolio which includes Practice and Case Management, Legal Forms, Time Capture and The National Will Register. The product manager will prepare commercial & go-to-market plans for the product and execute these plans (all the way from business and marketing plan, through development, handover to sales and support, beta launch, full launch and beyond) to ensure commercial success of each product and maximising overall return for stakeholders.

This role will require a mix of business & product management know-how as well as a strong drive to understand the wider OneAdvanced Product set and their target markets, in order to deliver innovative platform solutions.

What You Will Do:
Collect and translate Market, Customer & Advanced product team requirements into requirements in the form of problems, user scenarios and personas and to drive roadmap planning, prioritisation and delivery. Communicate the ongoing product roadmap on a regular basis to internal stakeholders and product teams, including sharing information about core modules being developed by a Product team, that can be utilised by other products. Own, maintain and communicate the overall product adoption plan, showing development priorities combined with individual product adoption plans - working with the other Product Managers and Product Owners to outline the 'what, why & when' for Product adoption. Driving overall go-to-market strategy, collaborating with all internal stakeholders, to deliver value to our customers. Host regular internal and customer facing working groups to further analyse functional requirements and common customer use cases, and gather feedback during development both qualitative and quantitive.

What You Will Have:
A background in legal practice or legal software Excitement, creativity and the ability to communicate effectively through non-development tools, concepts, ideas and the art of the possible to generate discussion and feedback from internal stakeholders & customers. Strong communication skills to drive effective dialogue & clear messaging of the roadmap, the customer benefits & Advanced strategy to senior stakeholders around the business. Strong collaboration & facilitation skills - bringing multiple products, teams & functions together to drive innovation workshops & discussions. A desire to learn quickly and to learn about new products, markets, customer and associated challenges. Previous Product Management experience, and knowledge around the software development life cycle and agile methodologies is desirable.
