Product Manager

to work as part of a product-oriented, cross-functional team building a suite of greenfield applications which will revolutionise bricks-and-mortar casinos. Working with experts in the casino industry, software development, UX design & systems engineering, you will help to connect every user, device and system in the casino to drive unique business value for our partners.

Your influential mission. You will...



Take ownership of one or more software products within the overall product portfolio of the Neon Casino Management System Manage Neon Product Initiatives throughout their lifecycle, ensuring features meet business and user needs, aligning with business goals, product vision and strategy Develop a deep interest & understanding of your assigned business domain(s) and an appreciation of the challenges and needs of our end users Work alongside a team of software developers, QA engineers and UX, driving product discovery, defining requirements through the Neon Product Management Framework, and ensuring successful delivery Own product roadmaps, analyse change requests, and consult with stakeholders to qualify business value Translate observations and user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, conducting planning with Principal Development Leads to estimate, prioritise and track backlog items Produce documentation & other forms of product-oriented content, and lead presentations to internal stakeholders explaining new features & releases Keep up to date on the latest research & competitive landscape to ensure our products remain best-in-class


Qualifications

Components for success. You have...



Proven experience in product management, including end-to-end product lifecycle ownership Strong understanding of Product Management Frameworks (Discovery, Definition & Design, Delivery) Proficiency in managing a complex Product Backlog, including prioritising tasks and refining user stories Deep problem-solving, analytical & prioritisation skills Demonstrated ability to develop practical subject matter expertise in unfamiliar areas The ability to evaluate trade-offs between scope, time, and technical constraints Clear, concise, and prompt written & verbal communication for a variety of audiences Experience in gaining trust & building consensus amongst diverse stakeholders Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams A self-starter mindset who knows how to get work done in a dynamic environment The capability to thrive within a cross-functional team to reach ambitious goals The ability to give & receive open & honest feedback with the objective of improving how you and your team work
