We're seeking an experienced MRO Operative to support our team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll carry out maintenance, repair, and overhaul work across a range of specialist products.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing and working with materials using templates and technical drawings
Using adhesives, solvents, welding machines, and presses
Operating milling and mixing equipment
Working in confined spaces and at heights
Inspecting materials and ensuring compliance with safety standards
Completing job documentation accurately
What you'll bring:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable using chemicals and PPE
Good English communication skills
A proactive, hands-on attitude
Previous manufacturing or repair experience (desirable)
