We're looking for an enthusiastic and results driven individual to join our team, focusing specifically on implementing productivity improvements across our network of Convenience Stores. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of new projects designed to enhance store performance, save time, and improve the customer experience in a smaller format setting.
This role is fast paced and hands on. Support with the implementation of the strategy for productivity improvements, ensuring minimal disruption to the fast moving convenience customer journey and operational flow.
Producing timely, effective, and clear communication plans that are tailored to the unique operational demands and staff structure of smaller convenience stores.
Ensuring alignment of implementation schedules to minimise the impact on essential store tasks, delivery schedules, and peak trading times in convenience environments.
