Property Sales Negotiator
Job Description
Are you a self motivated, driven and fearless salesperson who will thrive with the responsibility of generating and converting new business? You need to be quick to pick up the phone and establish a rapport with people both over the phone and in person.
You do not have to have industry experience but you must have customer sales experience. This is not a role for someone who wants to coast into the office everyday and make a few calls! Instead, we are looking for the salesperson who knows the harder they work, the more effort they make, the greater the reward.
Our core values are all about adding value for clients and building strong business relationships. We are a small team looking to grow and this role is part of a team effort with mutual support and respect.
Responsibilities
Registering new buyers onto our database and maintaining contact with them in their search for a new home
Booking valuation appointments, booking viewings, accompanying viewings and getting feedback from viewings and reporting back to our clients
Negotiating offers
Generating valuation appointments
Key handovers
Filing on Office 365
Provided for you
Full training from our sales manager and one of the directors of the company,
Requirements
You will be confident and a good communicator with an excellent telephone manner, and must have good admin and IT skills. You will need to be a car owner with a full driving licence.
Hours of work will be Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.
On Target Earnings
27,000 - 40,000 including commission
