We are seeking a motivated and compassionate

Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

to join a supportive school based in

Burgess Hill

. This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology graduate looking to gain meaningful experience working with children with

SEND, particularly Autism (ASC)

.


The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them to engage positively with learning and daily school life. This Burgess Hill-based role offers valuable hands-on experience for those considering careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or SEN teaching.

What We're Looking For:

A degree (or upcoming degree) in Psychology or a related field Experience working with children or young people with SEND/Autism Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
