We are seeking a full time Level 3 qualified member of staff to join our lively setting. A knowledge of SEND is also desirable as the setting is committed to inclusive practice. We are dedicated to ensuring all children who attend our Nursery receive high quality care, are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs. Managers have exacting standards and high expectations of our staff team and therefore we only seek applications from those who are committed to an Early Years career and those who are truly passionate about making a difference in young children's lives. The successful applicant will be expected to model excellent practice and lead by example. To follow, adhere to and role model (to junior staff), the settings policies, procedures and risk assessments.
