A leading UK law firm is seeking an accomplished Property Disputes Partner to join its London office and play a key role in driving the continued expansion of its Real Estate Disputes practice.
This is a high-profile strategic appointment offering genuine influence, autonomy, and a strong platform for growth. The successful candidate will lead on complex commercial property disputes, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with the Head of Property Disputes and the wider Real Estate team to deliver ambitious growth plans.
You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the department, leverage an existing network of clients and referrers, and take ownership of building a profitable, high-performing team in one of the firm's most dynamic practice areas.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

  • Experienced commercial property litigator with a strong track record of advising on complex, high-value disputes.
  • Established client following and a demonstrable business plan for sustainable growth.
  • Proven success in developing new client relationships and converting business development initiatives into revenue.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and position the practice for long-term success.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness, with the ability to manage matters profitably and meet key performance targets.
  • Outstanding reputation for client service and technical excellence within property litigation.
