Job Description

Our client is one of the largest law firms in the world, with more than 40 offices located in key capital cities and world commercial and financial centres.
To complement their existing team, they are looking for an able and ambitious finance associate with 3pqe+ to join their team. Much of this role focuses on the financing of international real estate assets, operational real estate assets (such as hotels, senior living and student accommodation), senior and mezzanine structures, and preferred equity lending, representing UK, European and US financial institutions, insurers and debt funds, as well as investors and sponsors. Specific work will include transaction and document management, complex drafting, client management, and negotiation of loan and security documentation as well as contributing to business development.

Remuneration is very competitive, whilst the working culture is friendly and very much wlb - annual targets - 1500.
