*What will you do?
Be the first point of contact for our park welcoming visitors, guests, and canine campers
Ensure all front desk welcomes are positive and helpful
Perform front-desk duties, including answer the phones, checking voicemails and emails, processing gas sales and owner recharges, generating quotations and other administrative tasks
Deal with holiday enquiries and process bookings
Support with social media posts
Answer general questions about the local area and the park
Assist with the smooth running of the park shop, serving guests and restocking shelfs
Receiving and checking deliveries, which involves some manual handling of heavy items
Following cash handling procedures to cash up
Work collaboratively across the whole park team
*What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who will act with a 'can do', hands on attitude who enjoys administrative work and interacting with customers.
Excellent IT skills are a must for this role and experience within the caravan/holiday industry would be an advantage.
