We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team, working hours 10am until 3pm 5 days per week Monday to Saturday. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy shop environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle clerical duties including filing, ordering and data protection.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.

Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
