Requirements

Responsibilities:

Upload and take down job adverts (Workable and LinkedIn) Manage queries in the recruitment inbox and delegate tasks Work with managers to plan and organise new starter induction plans Book interviews into managers' diaries Send interview confirmations to candidates Prepare and coordinate assessment centre interviews Train new managers on systems Supporting the recruitment team with ever-changing day to day responsibilities

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail Highly organised Maintain confidentiality within HR Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams Willingness to learn Experience using ATS - Workable/LinkedIn advantageous but not necessary Excellent communication skills
