On-Target Earnings (OTE) Year 1:

?TIFA Recruits is launching a high-growth division focused on securing private sector staffing contracts across South Wales. We are looking for a highly motivated 360 Consultant to act as a crucial link between client acquisition and reliable service delivery.

?This is a dynamic, hybrid role that offers

high autonomy and exceptional, uncapped earning potential

. You will be responsible for building a robust client base while ensuring our support workers are placed efficiently and compliantly.

Work Model:

Hybrid working, balancing necessary office presence for training and collaboration with the autonomy required for client-facing Business Development (BD) across the South Wales region.
?Key Responsibilities: The Integrated 360 Mandate

?This role requires a unique commitment to both sales and critical operational management in a regulated sector.

?1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

?

Market Penetration:

Execute strategic sales and networking to secure new high-volume contracts with private residential homes and domiciliary care agencies across Cardiff, Newport, and Swansea. ?

Relationship Building:

Conduct in-person client visits to build high-trust relationships and deeply understand the client's operational and staffing challenges. ?

Value Pitching:

Clearly articulate TIFA's unique value proposition, emphasizing our automated onboarding, stringent compliance checks, and the stability provided by our fully compliant umbrella payroll model, positioning us as a reliable risk mitigation partner.
?2. Recruitment Delivery and Pipeline Management

?

Candidate Management:

Manage the entire candidate pipeline from initial sourcing to placement, utilizing our ATS/CRM technology to accelerate time-to-hire. ?

Compliance Assurance:

Ensure all placed support workers meet regulatory requirements (DBS, Right to Work) and possess mandatory training, including

Trauma Informed Care (TIC) certification

?3. Critical Operations & On-Call Duty (Mandatory)

?

Shift Management:

Actively manage and schedule support worker shifts for your client portfolio. ?

On-Call Rota:

Participate in the

mandatory out-of-hours on-call rotation

(including evenings and weekends). You will be directly responsible for resolving urgent incidents, staff crises, and last-minute shift fulfillment to maintain client compliance and safety standards.
?Candidate Profile: What We Are Looking For

?

Experience:

Proven background in a target-driven, sales, or 360 recruitment role, ideally within a high-volume, highly regulated sector (Social Care, Healthcare, or Industrial) is preferred. ?

Commercial Acumen:

Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell based on value (efficiency, compliance, stability) rather than simply on price. ?

Resilience and Accountability:

Proven ability to thrive under sales pressure and maintain meticulous operational control and reliability when handling critical on-call duty. ?

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to quickly master and utilize integrated recruitment and scheduling technology (ATS/CRM) to maximize efficiency.
