We're looking for a Regional Manager to lead our London Wholesale Account Management team and champion relationship-led growth across cafes, restaurants and hospitality partners.

This is more than a sales role. It's about people.

You'll build trust, connection and collaboration, coaching a team of Account Managers to develop meaningful, long-term partnerships with customers who share our values.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach and develop a small team of Wholesale Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer care and commercial performance. Build strong, values-led relationships with hospitality partners across your region. Focusing on long-term success over short-term wins. Deliver regional sales and retention targets through integrity, insight and consistent follow-up. Support the team to identify and convert new opportunities with customers that align with Extract's ethos and brand standards. Collaborate closely with Technical Services to coordinate equipment installations, servicing and customer support. Champion Extract's values in every interaction. Represent Extract as a trusted partner in the specialty coffee community, building growth through respect and authenticity, not hard sell. Report on regional performance and share insights to shape ongoing strategy.
What You'll Bring

Proven success in sales, account management or regional leadership within coffee, hospitality or food & beverage. A relationship-first approach, you build trust, not pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you listen, connect and lead with care. Demonstrated ability to develop people, coach teams and balance people with performance. Commercial acumen grounded in integrity, you know growth is stronger when it's built on purpose. A full UK driving licence and readiness to travel across your region.
