Registered Manager - Children's Residential Care

Long Eaton, Nottingham | Full-Time | 51,500 per annum + 7,500 Joining Bonus | 37.5 hrs per week

We're seeking a

strong and experienced Registered Manager

to lead one of our 4-bed EBD children's homes in Long Eaton -- someone who has previously held a Registered Manager role, can inspire a team, champion high standards of care, and make a difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating a warm, safe, and nurturing home where young people feel valued and supported. Ensuring the home meets Children's Homes Regulations and consistently delivers outstanding care. Leading, inspiring, and developing a passionate team of care professionals. Managing budgets, resources, and the day-to-day running of the home. Working with external professionals to safeguard young people and drive positive outcomes. Shaping a home where every child is empowered to be themselves and succeed on their own terms.
What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in children's residential care. A strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding, and best practice. Inspirational leadership and excellent communication skills. A commitment to creating a positive, empowering environment. NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma (Children & Young People) essential. QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards). A
