Lower Bowshaw View is currently undergoing a period of transformation following a recent CQC inspection. We are committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care for the people who live here, and we are looking for Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to help lead this change.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and person-centred nursing care in line with current best practices Lead and support the care team on shift to maintain high clinical standards Contribute to care planning, assessments, and documentation Administer medication safely and effectively Support the wellbeing of residents and promote dignity and respect

Requirements:

NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) Experience working within health and social care, ideally in a care home setting Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork Commitment to driving improvement and embedding good practice
