Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate your team to deliver person-centred care aligned with each child's needs. Guarantee compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding policies. Manage daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and service delivery. Support staff development through supervision and mentoring. Develop personalised care plans, promoting positive outcomes for residents.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or similar qualification. Experience managing a children's residential service with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Solid knowledge of safeguarding and child protection legislation. A genuine passion for high-quality, therapeutic child care.

Salary & Benefits:
