Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children's Manager to oversee the operations of our children's care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care, particularly in assisted living and nursing home environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to develop and implement care plans, and a commitment to providing high-quality care for children with diverse needs, including those with dementia and Alzheimer's.
Duties
Manage the daily operations of the children's care facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each child. Supervise and lead a team of caregivers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of care. Conduct regular assessments of children's health and wellbeing, administering medication as required. Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the physical and emotional wellbeing of all children in care. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care services. Maintain accurate records of care activities and ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with organisational policies.
