The Role:




As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be the critical bridge between our care teams in the field and our management support behind the scenes. You'll provide on-the-ground clinical expertise, practical guidance, and ensure that every client receives care that meets their unique needs.


This role is perfect for RMNs who thrive on autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful work--supporting both clients and frontline teams in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver on-the-spot clinical support to field-based care staff. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with personalised plans. Ensure care is safe, effective, and compliant with regulatory standards. Resolve clinical concerns and mentor healthcare support workers. Adapt quickly to diverse environments and client needs. Use electronic patient record systems and ensure documentation accuracy. Promote mental health awareness, resilience, and recovery-oriented approaches. Lead by example--fostering a culture of trust, compassion, and excellence. Support competency checks and provide debriefing where needed. Communicate confidently with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

What We're Looking For:



Valid NMC registration as

a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). A minimum of 12 months' post-qualification experience. Previous community or complex care experience (preferred but not essential). Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete our bespoke training). Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. The ability to work independently and manage clinical challenges in real-time. A compassionate, person-centred approach with a deep understanding of mental health care.
