Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing individual needs and developing tailored care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition, providing necessary interventions. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for patients. Uphold hygiene and safety standards within the clinical environment.

Experience

A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred, demonstrating strong patient care skills. In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology, alongside proficiency in medication administration. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management.
