We are recruiting
Registered Nurses
for bothday and night shifts
at our care home. The ideal candidates will have experience in nursing home care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents.This role involves working hands-on as an RGN, supporting residents' daily needs, taking shift charge during the day, and conducting medication rounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents Administer medications safely and accurately Take shift charge during day shifts, leading the team Support care staff and ensure residents' well-being Maintain accurate records in compliance with CQC standards Deliver person-centred care according to individual care plans
Requirements:
Valid
NMC registration (RGN)
Previousnursing home experience
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexible and reliable approach to shift workHow to Apply:
