Pay Rate: 22.84 - 25.76 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our professional night team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

You will be responsible for managing clinical duties overnight, leading care staff, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, person-centred nursing care in accordance with NMC guidelines. Administer medications safely and accurately during night shifts. Monitor and assess residents' health, responding promptly to any changes. Maintain and update care plans and documentation. Lead and support the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, infection control, and safeguarding standards. Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. Minimum of 1 year of post-registration nursing experience. Experience in a care home or similar setting is preferred. Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively and independently during night shifts. A professional and compassionate approach to resident care.
