We're looking for clinicians who are:
We're looking for someone who's not just clinically skilled but also adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Experience working within Mental Health or ADHD Services
A strong understanding of ADHD and related mental health challenges, along with the diagnostic tools used in assessments.
A relevant clinical qualification (e.g., Psychology, Psychiatry, Nursing) and experience in ADHD assessment.
Registered with one of the following Registered Bodies (Nursing and Midwifery Council, General Pharmaceutical Council, Health and Care Professions Council or Social Work England)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide compassionate support.
A collaborative approach--working well with multidisciplinary teams is key to our success.
The ability to manage multiple assessments efficiently while working remotely.
Strong report-writing skills with great attention to detail.
A proactive mindset--comfortable with change, open to new ways of working, and eager to contribute to a growing service

What you'll be doing:
As an ADHD Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in the assessment process for clients seeking ADHD diagnosis and support. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive ADHD assessments through interviews, questionnaires, and diagnostic tools.
Developing individualised assessment reports and recommendations for treatment plans based on your findings.
Collaborating with other members of the clinical team to ensure a seamless assessment experience for clients.
Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the assessment journey, ensuring they feel understood and valued.
Staying current with ADHD research and best practices, integrating this knowledge into your assessments and client interactions.
Your expertise will not only enhance the quality of care we provide but also contribute to building a welcoming and effective environment for clients seeking support.
