Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Night Shift Resident Ambassador. As an Ambassador, you will play a vital role in representing our organization and providing exceptional customer service to our residents overnight.

Duties:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing information about our organization

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Bilingual candidates may be required to communicate with customers in multiple languages

- Ensure Health & Safety regulation compliance within the building including flushing unoccupied apartments and changing over resident refuse areas.

- Conduct security walk rounds of the building - ensuring safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer experience

- Communicate with relevant management to flag any issues, utilizing shift handover reports effectively.

- Market and promote our products and services to customers

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, strong computer literacy.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Pro-active and strong initiative on lone-working shifts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
