Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload involving property transactions such as sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Deal confidently with property matters specific to rural settings Maintain high standards in client communication and service Utilise legal case management systems effectively

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum of two years' experience in residential property work Capable of handling a broad range of conveyancing matters independently Strong communication and organisational skills Team-oriented with a professional and approachable manner Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment
