Residential Sales Agent

to join our successful team and play a key role in driving new business while delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the role

You'll be at the heart of the sales process - generating new instructions, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion. Working both in and out of the office, you'll build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing outstanding service every step of the way. A positive, resilient attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their property goals are essential.

What we're looking for

Ability to generate new business Outstanding customer service and client-care skills Resilient, positive and organised Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong IT skills and computer literacy Full, clean UK driving licence and own car

City and Suburb operates during the following hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9.00am and 5.30pm

Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm

Saturdays: 10.30am to 2.30pm (1 Per Month with time off in lieu)
