Job Description
MPA are currently recruiting Residential Social Care Workers to join our team in the Coleraine area. This position will be based in a Residential Setting and has an immediate start available. The successful candidate will provide a high quality of support to service users to enable them to live independently and to have choice and control over all aspects of their life.
Role Responsibilities
- Providing a high standard of personal care to residents
- Providing assistant at meal times as well as recording food and fluid intake
- Promoting independence where possible
- Providing support with mobility
- Making beds
- Communicating with residents and making them feel comfortable
- 6 months' experience in a similar role
- NISCC Registered or willingness to apply
- Willingness to complete training courses
- Willingness to complete Access NI checks
- Health and Social Care Qualification
- Pay 12.70-22.34 per hour depending on shift
- Weekly pay
- Holiday allowance
- Flexible work patterns to suit you
- Full time and part time hours available
