Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
This is for a minimum of 30 hours and may be across 5 days out of 7. With varying shift of either 7am-2pm or 5pm-8.15pm, or a combination of both, working a split shift.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes for our buffet across breakfast, lunch and dinner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service and timely delivery. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimise waste.
