Location: Brighton City Centre

Pay: 12-14/hour + Commission (300-600+/month easily achievable)

The Role:

We're on the lookout for energetic, personable Vape Retail Associates to join our launch team. This is more than just a sales job - it's about becoming part of a movement that believes in helping people switch for good.

From day one, you'll be trained properly. We'll teach you everything from disposables to rebuildables, pods to pouches, juice flavours to legal compliance - no experience needed, just the right attitude. You'll become a trusted advisor to customers, a key part of our in-store community, and a core member of a tight, supportive crew.

What You'll Do:

Deliver expert advice (we train you!) to customers from all backgrounds Recommend the right products for different needs - from quitting smoking to exploring high-end setups Educate customers on vaping laws, safety, and the benefits of harm reduction Stay on top of product drops, industry shifts, and best-selling trends Maintain a clean, modern, and welcoming store environment Help build a fun, professional, and close-knit team culture Hit sales targets and earn commission every month
We're Looking For:

People who vape or are genuinely eager to learn Friendly, confident communicators who can read the room and offer real service Retail, vape shop, or sales experience is a bonus - but not required Team players who thrive in a tight unit, not a corporate machine People who want to grow in a booming, evolving industry Must be 18+ by law (vape sales requirement)
