What You'll Do

Provide warm, personalised service to every customer Educate shoppers on vape kits, e-liquids, CBD wellness products, and accessories Process transactions efficiently using POS systems Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment Work with teammates to meet sales targets Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Participate in promotions and represent the brand with pride Stay informed on UK vaping regulations (training provided)
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or customer service (vape industry preferred) Must be 18+ with GCSE-level education Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people Basic knowledge of vape products and UK market trends (preferred) Comfortable using POS systems and basic tech tools Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
