A family based in Kensington, known for their high standards and a desire for exceptional service, is looking for a Rota Nanny to care for their two children, a two year old girl and a newborn baby boy.



This shared care role involves both parents being actively engaged in the day to day parenting and care of the children. The ideal Rota Nanny will be qualified, hardworking and highly organised, with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team. Previous Rota Nanny experience and a solid background in child development are essential. Whilst fluency in French is desirable, it is not a requirement.



The family is looking for someone who is adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a dynamic and busy household. A "go with the flow" attitude is key, along with the ability to take initiative and seamlessly integrate into the family's routine and lifestyle.

Job duties

Responsibilities of the Rota Nanny for two children in Kensington, London include:


Provide day to day care for two children whilst on shift, including age appropriate activities, developmental stimulation and outdoor play Plan and implement a structured programme of developmental activities at home Assist with daily routines and nursery duties Support both parents in their shared-care approach and collaborate effectively with the other Rota nanny Travel with the family to destinations including the USA and Europe Maintain open communication with the parents and other staff members

Candidates must be/have:

Experience with children of similar ages within UHNW / fully staffed households Previous longevity in Rota Nanny positions, ideally within a shared care setting Strong child development knowledge and experience Travel experience Fluent in French (desirable) Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team A team player with excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with parents and other staff members

A private bedroom and ensuite will be provided whilst on shift.

Kensington, London, W8 + occasional travel to EU and US.

Hours

Rota pattern - 7 days on/off.
