We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Have expierence of managing a letting's portfolio of 60 + properties
Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Provide administrative support including preparing contracts, agreements, and marketing materials.
Stay updated on market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless process from listing to completion.
Experience
Proven administrative experience is essential for managing documentation effectively.
Exceptional communication skills are required to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling you to cater to a diverse clientele.
Strong organisational skills are necessary for managing multiple listings and appointments efficiently.
