Job Overview

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to bring the heart and humor of Ted Lasso to life in our store. You'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect merch while delivering top-notch service with a smile. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with customers. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences. Employ effective selling techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximise sales opportunities. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Organise merchandise displays to enhance product visibility and appeal. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations. Provide support in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organisation of the sales floor. Assist with any other duties as required to support the overall success of the store.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly and approachable demeanour with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from various backgrounds.
