Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join our sales and account management team. This is a flexible role where you will play a central part in growing our business, either by expanding value within our customer base or by winning new logos, depending on your strengths.



You will lead relationships, drive renewals, identify opportunities for growth, and, where applicable, prospect and close new business. Working across Product, Professional Services, R&D, and Leadership, you will act as the voice of the customer and ensure we deliver meaningful impact.

About the Role

You will lead relationships, drive renewals, identify opportunities for growth, and, where applicable, prospect and close new business. Working across Product, Professional Services, R&D, and Leadership, you will act as the voice of the customer and ensure we deliver meaningful impact.
What You'll DoCustomer Growth (Account Management)Lead renewals and expansion within assigned customers. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with stakeholders. Identify and develop upsell/cross-sell opportunities across our product suite and services. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and solution adoption.
New Business Development (Business Growth)Prospect, qualify, and win new customers to expand our market footprint. Build a robust pipeline and deliver consistent performance against new business targets. Represent the company at events, networking opportunities, and industry engagements.

What We're Looking For5+ years in software sales or professional services sales, with a track record in account management, business development, or a mix of both. Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to uncover new opportunities. Organised, proactive, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 1 week per month). (Nice to have) Knowledge of the parking and camera enforcement industry.
