About the Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll take charge of valuations, sales progression, team performance and day-to-day operations. You'll be the one ensuring the basics are done properly consistent follow-up, accurate pricing advice, strong negotiation, and a service that keeps clients recommending us.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
Lead, coach and motivate the sales team
Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring targets are consistently achieved
Oversee sales progression from offer to completion
Support and strengthen marketing activity to drive new business
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local partners
Ensure compliance, high service standards and accurate documentation
Handle complex chains and negotiations with confidence and common sense
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in estate agency sales management
Strong instruction-winning ability
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Natural leader who can motivate and get results
Organised, proactive and steady under pressure
Familiar with CRM systems and modern estate agency processes
Full UK driving licence
