Location: Field-based across the West Midlands & East Midlands, including time spent in our office in Chasetown. Flexibility for weekend working is required.


Are you a recent graduate ready to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of housebuilding? At Cameron Homes, part of the Tara Group, were offering an exciting opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing Graduate Programme, designed to shape the future leaders of our business.


This two-year programme will immerse you in the heart of our operations, giving you hands-on experience across both sales and marketing functions. Youll be based in the field, working closely with our teams and customers, and gaining a deep understanding of how we build communities, not just homes.

What Youll Be Doing



Sales Experience on Site: Spend time on our live developments in the East Midlands, engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find their perfect home. Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing team to bring our brand to life from digital campaigns to signage and events. Customer Journey: Guide buyers through the entire home-buying process, building relationships and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience. Brand Building: Help shape how Cameron Homes is seen and felt by our customers. Youll be part of the team that communicates our values, personality, and unique offering. Data-Led Decision Making: Use data and insights to inform your approach, measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities, and support continuous improvement across the business.

Who Were Looking For



Flexibility to work weekends in our sales offices is required. This may mean that, at times, your working pattern will be Thursday to Monday. A minimum 2:2 degree in a Sales, Marketing, or related discipline A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn Initiative and enthusiasm youre ready to jump in and make things happen Confidence and resilience youll be engaging with customers and teams daily A genuine passion for housebuilding and helping people find their dream home Comfortable working with data and making data-led decisions A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle The right to work in the UK
