Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing person to join our reception team at CSG Bodyshop Ltd. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategies and marketing initiatives, ensuring that we continue to grow our customer base and enhance our brand presence in the automotive repair sector, whilst also covering reception.

Salary is dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Answering incoming calls and emails Front of house Social Media Management & Moderation Control of the Mechanical and Bodyshop diary Manage marketing campaigns to promote our services and increase company awareness. Reporting onsite vehicles to the correct department Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure alignment between sales efforts and service delivery. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the automotive or related industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
